SEGA's not shy about putting Sonic into other games. Between recent examples like Puyo Puyo Tetris 2, Two Point Hospital, Lost Judgment and the official Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 video game, we may have evidence that he's now appearing in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz.

While it appears to have since been taken down, that showed off Tails and Sonic guest starring in Banana Mania, as you can see above. While SEGA's not formally announced this just yet, the fact this artwork came from official sources guarantees it's legitimate.

It's not too surprising to see Sonic show up in Banana Mania, having previously appeared in 2019's Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD. This launches for all major platforms on October 8, and we'll keep you informed with any new developments.
