Though Slime Isekai Memories certainly isn't beholden to a traditional tier list, there are clearly some characters that are worth investing in over another. Most players will tell you that virtually any character can help you clear content if they're built up enough, which is essentially true, but you'll get more bang for your buck by prioritising the characters featured in the tier list above.
Given the game has no PVP element just yet, there isn't even really a meta worth seeking out. You're free to bring along your favourites, but the best will still perform better.

Essentially being damage and support characters in most other RPGs, follow the two tier lists below when deciding on how exactly you want to build your team for the fight at hand. If you're struggling to survive, consider swapping out a battle character for another top-tier Protection character. Likewise, if you have no trouble with survivability, you can save time by bringing more or better battle characters into the fray instead.

Thankfully, it's pretty easy to perform a Slime Isekai reroll, and you don't have to go through all the usual fuss of heading to your app settings and clearing the cache. Here's what you need to do:
- Open Slime Isekai
- Complete the tutorial and roll
- If you want to roll again head to the start screen
- Tap 'Menu' in the bottom left
- Tap 'Delete Game Data'
- Complete the tutorial to roll again
- Do this as many times as you want
What Are the Character Types in Slime Isekai Memories?
Though characters in the game are split into the two main categories of Battles and Protection, they also have a type as well. These are all of the types in-game:
- Water
- Earth
- Dark
- Fire
- Wind
- Light
- Sky
- Wind
On top of this, they'll have the usual three to five-star rarities, as well as various traits and skills to use as part of combat or party support.
