April 25, 2023: Ahead of the mid-season update, Plunder is making its long-awaited return. Take a look at all the latest Season 3 Reloaded intel in our guide.

Following the launch of Warzone 2 Season 3, attention is already turning to the Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded update. The mid-season update for Call of Duty's battle royale might be a few weeks away, but there's still plenty of content making its way to Al Mazrah and Ashika Island.

The launch of the latest seasonal update included a new Battle Pass alongside Alejandro and Valeria as playable Operators. In a bid to shake up the meta, the FJX Imperium and Cronen Squall are the newest weapons joining the ever-expanding arsenal.

Before we take a closer look at what the Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded update has in store, take a look at our other guides showcasing the current meta and when the next double XP event will take place.

When is Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded?

We expect Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded to launch on May 10. The developers haven't announced an official start date just yet.

We've based our estimate on when the Season 3 Battle Pass comes to an end. According to the timer, Season 3 will end on June 14 and with mid-season updates always rolling out at the halfway stage, May is the likely starting date.

As soon as it changes, we'll update the guide with everything you need to know.

Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded guns

Although there are no clues surrounding the Season 3 Reloaded guns appearing as part of the update, the Japanese Call of Duty Twitter account has already unveiled two new sidearms arriving:

  • Tango 0
  • Automatic .50 GS

It's unclear how these pistols will be unlocked but there's a chance you'll need to complete a range of challenges in order to get your hands on some new secondary weapons.

Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded ranked play

Arguably the biggest piece of content arriving in the mid-season update is Warzone 2 ranked play. Intel on what the game's competitive mode remains a mystery but we expect it to follow a similar format to the hugely successful ranked mode from Modern Warfare 2.

A change in the ruleset from standard battle royale has already been confirmed but we're still waiting for further details on how it works.

Warzone 2 Plunder mode

Another return in Season 3 Reloaded comes in the form of the fan-favourite Plunder mode. Rather than becoming the last one standing, Plunder involves collecting Cash by scoring kills and looting items.
