Hollow Knight: Silksong was first announced in 2019, offering a sequel to 2017's smash hit by Team Cherry, Hollow Knight.

We've not had any news for a while, but now, a rumoured release date for the upcoming game as emerged, courtesy of a GeForce Now leak unveiled by Youtuber, fireb0rn. As mentioned below, Silksong's rumoured release date is February 1st, 2022.

Presently, nothing's been confirmed by Team Cherry at the moment, though it's led to plenty of speculation. Previously, the GeForce Now database leak also revealed numerous surprises, like a God of War PC port.

With this month's Nintendo Direct taking place today, some are expecting Hollow Knight: Silk Song may appear later. As seen on Reddit, some believe that if Silksong releases next year, there's a good chance it'll show up in the event.
