Sometimes it can be a bit of a pain to figure out Apex Legends map rotations without loading up the game and poking about to find the latest set of maps available to play. With season 16 well underway, players continue to drop into a variety of maps to get their fix of causal and competitive battle royale action.
The Apex Legends map rotation changes on a regular basis in order to keep the game feeling fresh. The current season contains a total of four maps across public and ranked matches, with each possessing unique layouts for players to master.

Apex Legends Season 16 map rotation
Thanks to the ApexLegendsStatus website, players can find exact information on the Apex Legends map rotation with ease. It provides real-time updates on when the next map will appear and its duration which is ideal if you want to spend time playing a specific map.
Here are the current maps in rotation for the remainder of Season 15:
Pubs map rotation
- Broken Moon
- World's Edge
- Storm Point
For Season 16, Olympus is removed from the map rotation meaning it's no longer available to play for the time being. This trio of maps is in rotation for a maximum of one hour and 45 minutes. This allows players to jump into matches on more than one map depending on how long they intend to play.
Ranked map rotation
Like previous seasons of Apex Legends Ranked, Season 15 will include a rank split at the halfway point. In addition to resetting ranks to a slightly lower value, the map will change. Here's the full list of Apex Legends season 15 Ranked maps:
- Broken Moon
- World's Edge
- Storm Point
Broken Moon, World's Edge, and Storm Point are the maps for the second ranked split of season 16. Information on the map appearing in the next season hasn't appeared yet but as soon as it does, we'll update the guide with all the intel.
Apex Legends arenas map rotation
Alongside the main selection of battle royale maps, Apex Legends offers a separate collection of maps for its Arenas mode. Just like the BR maps, they rotate on a regular basis. Here's the current selection available in season 156:
- Party Crasher
- Habitat
- Skull Town
