After a slow build-up of new reveals, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade is finally launching tomorrow. If you're curious about the Intermission DLC file size, that's revealed to be around 9GB, or 8.988GB to be exact.

With Intergrade's file size confirmed to be 81GB, that pushes the whole package to above 90GB in total. Thanks to the PS5's SSD technology, the base game alone is actually smaller than the PS4 version, which comes in at 86GB. Disappointingly though, Intermission isn't available for PS4 players, so it's not the fairest comparison.

Featuring two new chapters, this DLC mission is based around Yuffie Kisaragi, one of the original party members from Final Fantasy 7's PS1 release. Sadly, if you're buying Intergrade as a physical release, the Intermission DLC is not included on the disc, only available as a digital code.

Elsewhere, we've seen mixed reports about Square Enix's Final Fantasy plans for E3 2021. While we're not expecting a Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 2 reveal, there'd been reports about a separate unveiling for a "soulslike" entry called Final Fantasy Origin, though new reports state there won't be any major Final Fantasy reveals at all. Whatever the truth, we've only got four days to wait.
