When do Apex Legends private matches arrive?
Private matches make their way to Apex Legends on January 10, 2023 as part of the Spellbound collection event. The feature arrives alongside the popular Control LTM and the Showstopper Heirloom for Seer.

The process of entering an Apex Legends private match is incredibly straightforward. Once the feature arrives, you can access the mode through the private match tab.
After you access the tab, you'll have an option where you can create a match or join a match without the need for a tournament admin code. These are the steps you need to follow to start a match:
- After January 10, launch Apex Legends.
- Open the game mode selection menu and select the private match tab.
- To create your own match, choose the create match option.
- To join another match, enter a tournament participation code.
How many players are in Apex Legends private matches?
Once a private match is ready to go, Respawn Entertainment says you can invite a total of 60 players along with five observers. It's unclear if more players can join the action if you're looking for even more chaos.
